Have you ever heard of/used any electronic signature services before?

Gracey: Yes. Currently, we are using it in our documents, especially since we are working in the hybrid set-up. 

Originally, we were not planning to switch to E-Signature services. We were focused on innovating our business in other ways and took physical signatures for granted. What was the document signing process between you and your clients before using DottedSign? What difficulties or challenges have you encountered? 

Gracey: Before DottedSign, we were sending documents manually through email, with no verification and trial. As our business continues to expand, managing signing tasks and tracking their progress has taken time away from more valuable tasks. Therefore, we made the decision to seek out a more streamlined and effective solution to oversee our contracts and vital documents.

Gracey: Paynamics has connected with over 50+ local banks in the Philippines. Therefore, on a daily basis, we are swimming in paperwork and documents from all kinds of stakeholders, particularly, merchants, partners and internal groups.

What are your most-used or favorite features in DottedSign? 

We especially like the ease of the “Get signatures” workflow. DottedSign’s user interface is pretty intuitive; we can get signatures from our merchants and partners easily. In addition, there is also a “Bulk send” feature that makes it easy to engage many stakeholders in one document, it helps us save a lot of time and focus on more critical tasks. 

As previously mentioned, the audit trail feature is incredibly useful when it comes to important documents. We can download a digital audit trail to have the final proof of the document for evidence, to see exactly who signed, at what time, and if any other changes were made.
