This year, we focused heavily on engaging with our users face-to-face at major tech events worldwide. Our participation at exhibitions, including MWC Barcelona, London Tech Week, and DX EXPO at Tokyo, allowed us to demonstrate the value of DottedSign to target audiences and local partnerships. Additionally, we held our first in-person seminar in Japan, where we provided an interactive tutorial on adopting e-signatures to streamline contract workflows.

Exciting news! Through these global outreach efforts, we’re thrilled to announce that our membership has exceeded 1 million users across 190 countries! We are humbled by our clients and partners’ trust in us. By working together, we have promoted widespread adoption of secure e-signatures – a critical step towards sustainable business practices. Milestone 2: Ranked Top E-Signature Software by G2

Providing an intuitive, user-friendly experience has always been central to our product philosophy. This year, we doubled down on enhancements that simplify e-signing for first-time and experienced users. We introduced an interactive onboarding sequence to guide new users, helping them complete their signing tasks quickly and immediately. We also rolled out over 25 new features to reduce friction during the signing process across diverse use cases, including the new checkbox group and radio button group features, and more.

Therefore, by being recognized as “The Top 20 Easiest To Use E-Signature Software” by G2! Additionally, we have consistently been selected as a leader in the e-signature category across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions. We are proud to receive these distinctions for delivering friendly user experiences and seamless digital signature workflows.

Milestone 3: Surpassing 4,000 Enterprise Users

This year’s third significant achievement for DottedSign was surpassing 4,000 global enterprise clients. We helped leading companies like CHIMEI Corporation and Lion Travel move toward their sustainability vision by adopting digital signing workflow. CHIMEI adopted the On-Premise plan of DottedSign into its internal system, expanding its signing scenarios. It greatly empowered CHIMEI to expedite deal closures, reduce costs, and delight partners with a 100% digital experience that’s trusted globally. On the other hand, Lion Travel adopted DottedSign and saw nearly 4.5 tons of paper usage eliminated annually using  e-sign workflows, helping them further sustainability leadership in the global hospitality sector.

Additionally, we assisted Paynamics from the Philippines and NETTOWER from Japan in accelerating their signing workflows. These success stories underline how DottedSign provides real efficiency across manufacturing, hospitality, human resources, and more sectors.
